Returns Policy

In order to offer the best possible customer experience Glam Affair have several options for return on our products. 

We require you to follow the steps for return in order for any credits or refunds to be applied.

Faulty or incorrect items

Should the products be faulty or damaged in any way please email the team at admin@glamaffair.com.au and upload of photo and description of the issue.These items must be returned to us, unopened and unused in their original packaging. 

Please email our customer service team at admin@glamaffair.com.au with your order number and our team will provide you with a returns code.Glam Affair will refund the cost of the return postage to the customer. 

Exchange Program

Glam Affair offer a hassle free exchange program for our foundation shades. When purchasing a foundation a sample of your chosen shade will be sent for you to test and ensure the colour is the right fit for you. 

If you feel the colour isn’t correct, please contact the customer service team at admin@glamaffair.com.au with your order number and our team will provide you with a returns code. 

The foundation must be returned to us unopened and undamaged in order to qualify for an exchange. The returns costs are at the expense of the customer.

In the unlikely event of a reaction to any of our products, please immediately stop using the products and contact our team at email admin@glamaffair.com.au.

 The item must be return with no more than 15% of the product used and a tracking code provided.Glam Affair will refund the entire product price and any postage charges occurred.
